• Customer Service: Promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve any disputes professionally.

2. Fees & Payments

• Service Fees: A service fee may apply to each sale on BuyInUK, deducted from your sales revenue.
• Payment Schedule: Payouts will be processed and transferred to your designated account, with applicable deductions as per our payment policies.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal Products: The sale of counterfeit, unauthorized, or illegal products is strictly prohibited.
• False Information: Misleading or deceptive product listings are not allowed.
• Direct Marketing: Sellers must not directly market to buyers outside of the BuyInUK platform.

4. Account Management

• Account Security: Keep your account details secure and updated. Do not share login credentials.
• Account Suspension: BuyInUK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations or fraudulent activities.

5. Disputes & Complaints

• Handling Disputes: Sellers must work towards resolving disputes with buyers. BuyInUK may mediate if necessary but is not liable for dispute resolutions.
• Reporting Issues: Any platform-related concerns should be reported to our support team.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Platform Use: BuyInUK acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers but is not responsible for transactions, damages, or disputes.
• Product Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list and sell.

7. Policy Updates

• BuyInUK may update these terms periodically. Sellers will be notified of major changes, and continued platform use will indicate acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled under Pakistani law.
