Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

• If you haven't paid yet, you can cancel the order yourself:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders."
  2. Open the order you want to cancel.
  3. Click "Delete this order" and confirm.

• If you've already paid, contact our customer service to request a cancellation.

Cancelling an Order After Shipment

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• If your order includes custom-made items, we may not be able to cancel or modify it once production has started.

Refund Processing Time

Most refunds are issued within 21 calendar days. However, if your return was mailed, processing may take four weeks or longer.

2-Day Testing Period

• Enjoy a 2-day testing period from the date of delivery to check if your product meets your expectations.
• If you find the product unsuitable or defective, you can apply for a refund within this period.

When Can You Claim a Refund?

You’re eligible for a refund if:
✔ The product is not as described on our website.
✔ Your item arrives damaged or defective.
✔ You decide the item isn’t suitable (within the 2-day testing period).

What Doesn't Qualify for a Refund?

❌ Items that have been misused or mishandled.
❌ Products showing significant wear and tear beyond the basic testing.
❌ Returns initiated after the 2-day testing period.

Refund Breakdown

• Changed Your Mind?
  ✅ You’ll receive a refund for the product cost only.
  ❌ Shipping and VAT charges are non-refundable.

• Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?
  ✅ You’ll receive a full refund, including product cost, shipping, and VAT charges.

• Depreciation Costs

  • If an item is misused or broken, depreciation costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds on special requests may also be subject to additional deductions.
